Story
Carys & Lowri are taking on the London Marathon 2019!
Every year in Wales 19,000 families will be struck by a cancer diagnosis and our family is no different. Our Dad was diagnosed with cancer 8 years ago and has been living with it ever since. Cancer will always be part of his life now, and ours too.
In many ways our Dad is very lucky as he has so much of the support he needs, emotionally and financially, however sadly that's not the case for everyone. We have seen first-hand the way that Tenovus Cancer Care is there for people at the worst times of their life, when they need it most. When cancer has had a devastating impact, Tenovus Cancer Care is there to give hope and to help cope.
We're taking on this epic challenge and running 26 miles together to help raise awareness for the wonderful work that Tenovus Cancer Care does to support those families and to continue to impact their lives positively in the years that follow.
