My name is Councillor Andy Connell and I am the Chairman of Cumbria County Council. I have selected Oaklea Trust as my chosen charity during my year in office because of the wonderful job they do across Cumbria helping people with learning and physical disabilities discover their potential and lead fulfilling, independent lives.
