As most of you may know our dearest friend and colleague, Kate Beck (aka Wonder Woman), was diagnosed with cancer and has sadly passed away of  this awful disease. Her husband and also our colleague, Steve Beck, has been by her side throughout this journey. During this they have been supported by the charity ‘The Lewis Foundation’. This foundation offers support to cancer patients in hospital who are receiving treatment by providing free gift packs and spending time with patients so they don’t feel alone, taking their mind off thinking about cancer. 

Because The Lewis Foundation provides such a priceless service to many loved ones across this county, Steve’s team (Team 3 Armed Policing and Dog Unit) have decided to raise money for this charity by taking on The 3 Peak Challenge. The National Three Peaks Challenge is where they will attempt to climb the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours.
