I'm running my first 2019 Cardiff University/Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October in support of Welsh Women’s Aid which is a charity which is very close to my heart. They do invaluable work to shelter and support vulnerable women and children across wales who have suffered all types of abuse. They also campaign for women’s rights and are a vital underfunded charity in our community. We all know someone who has suffered at the hands of another, therefore please support where you can. This is going to be an immense personal challenge which I am undertaking in combination with therapy during my recovery from mental illness. I appreciate every inch of support! Thank you.
