The University of Birmingham History Society are fundraising for Lets Feed Brum, a local homeless charity in Birmingham! Between the 1st and 31st of March 2022, we are setting a challenge to cover the distance between Old Joe and the Eiffel Tower (approximately 600 km) over 4 weeks! There is no set distance you need to cover individually, simply head out on a walk, run or bike ride and log your distance with us to be counted towards the total! All we ask is that you pledge a minimum of £10 via JustGiving, which you can contribute yourself or ask your friends and family to sponsor you! Lets Feed Brum is a local charity who work directly with homeless people in Birmingham proving hot food, clothing and advice to people living on the streets. They also donate food to local hostels across Birmingham. They rely 100% on donations as they do not receive official funding, so this event is incredibly important in helping them continue their work.
