Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On September 20th I am running the Brighton Colour Run, a 5k fun run along Brighton seafront. To find out more about the Colour Run events visit their website http://www.thecolorrun.co.uk/ Those of you who know me will be aware that I haven't got an athletic bone in my body, so you might not think that 5k is a lot, but its a big deal for me. I've been following the NHS couch to 5k podcasts and am determined to run the whole distance on the day without stopping!

I'm raising money for Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders). MSF provide medical aid worldwide to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from healthcare. They are not funded by governments, so they can remain independent, neutral and impartial. They work in conflict zones where ordinary people have become casualties of the wars raging around them, such as Gaza and Syria.
