On the 7th of July 2017, I will be taking part in a triathlon to raise money for Media Trust, which uses the power of media to change lives.

They work within the media industry to empower charities and communities to have a voice and be heard.

Media Trust have over 21 years of success creating communications solutions for charities and communities for social good and work in alliance with the UK’s top media and communications companies.

The money raised will go directly to Media Trust, funding other charities, community groups and helping to put young people through training, films, TV and volunteer matching where they can be connected with the media industry: http://www.mediatrust.org/

I will be participating in a Duathlon, which involves a 5km run, a 21.2km bike ride followed by a 2.5km run (I'm not doing the swimming as I'm scared of open water. For my reasons why, please watch the film Jaws).
