I wish to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health during pregnancy and after birth. Suicide is the biggest killer of pregnant women in Scotland and this can be due to something as simple as support.

Bluebell PND service offer counselling during pregnancy and afterwards for both men and women. They rely on donations to run this amazing facility.
