This year, our intrepid team of runners/joggers/walkers will be taking part in the fantastic Abbey Dash in Leeds. They will be going that extra mile (well 6.2 miles anyway) to raise funds to support our work with older people across Bradford District

Story

This year I'm taking part in the fantastic Abbey Dash in Leeds. I'll be going the extra mile (well 6.2 miles / 10km anyway) to raise funds to support Age UK Bradford District's work with older people. 

I've been running to keep fit, and to keep trim, so hopefully combine those personal benefits with helping a great cause.
