To beat the stay home blues I’m dragging out my old stepping machine and committing to 100,000 steps in 14 days in aid of Accuro, a charity supporting people with a disability across west Essex.

Most of you will know that I work in communications and fundraising for Accuro, this charity is so close to my heart. Sadly, the current situation means we’ve had to temporarily suspend clubs and services. These services provide invaluable support to our club members and respite to their families. 

As with any small charity or business, we’ve no idea how this situation will affect us, but what we do know is that what we do makes a huge difference in the lives of our club members and their families and we are determined to keep making that difference now and into the future.
