Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm running to raise awareness of heart disease. People don't just get heart disease because they've not looked after themselves. It also effects younger people like my lovely Josh - a 36 year old ex-professional footballer with a healthy lifestyle. If it wasn't for the great medical progress in cardiology Josh might not be with me today. I want to make sure everyone else can keep their loved one if heart disease hits them.
