Story
This August Bank Holiday, I and two colleagues from Gresham's School, will each be taking part in the South Coast Challenge. This is a 100k (62 miles) run which we will be aiming to complete in less than fifteen hours!
Starting in Eastbourne and finishing in Arundel this promises to be a beautiful run/crawl along the South Downs Way.
