Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma brain cancer following a seizure on 7/7/17. The amazing neuro team at the John Radcliffe hospital removed all of the tumour on 6/8/17 during a 6 hour awake craniotomy. This Tuesday I start 6 weeks of daily weekday trips to the Churchill hospital in Oxford to start my radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The total mileage for the 6 weeks is over 2000 miles. If my treatment was available in Swindon it would have huge benefits for myself, my family, the environment and all the other many people who make the daily journey for their treatment.

By donating to my just giving page or supporting one of the events my family and friends are hosting your small donation can have a huge impact on many many lives, not just those having the treatment but for their friends and loved ones too.

Go on.... be amazing... and make a difference today!!!
