Clean water is something it's easy to take for granted here in the UK. We're off to the Kenyan drylands for a week from 14th September to work alongside a rural community building a sand dam. Sand dams provide a sustainable source of clean water which transforms lives now and for generations to come, improving health and food production. It also releases women and children from the back-breaking work of fetching water, often from wells many miles distant.

Your donations will go directly to Excellent Development and will be used to support farming communities to build more sand dams, helping them to get access to clean water and grow more food for themselves and their families. Your donation will have a real impact on people in drought-prone areas.
