I am raising money for the Mental Health Concern charity, of whom my employer/service Insight Healthcare / Medway Talking Therapies are a part of. We're here to look out for and support people with mental health issues . Compassion and a focus on recovery is at the heart of all we do. No one should have to struggle on alone - we're here to make sure they don't.

On a personal level I have been lucky enough to gain a place in the Great North Run 2021 through my employer. The Great North Run is one of the races on my bucket list so I feel extremely lucky to have been given this opportunity. 

For anyone kind enough to help me raise funds for this amazing charity I would like to thank you in advance. Any donation will be going to a great cause and will be extremely beneficial towards continuing to provide valuable mental health support to individuals accessing services.
