As you may well know I have decided to take part in the Cape Town Cycle Tour ( Cape Argus ), which is the largest single day timed event in the world. I am doing this as a fun buzz to celebrate my 70th birthday and  for the 42 years that Joan and I have been married. With four children and five grandchildren we are well blessed. To add an extra dimension I have decided to support a charity by riding for Breadline Africa. Please consider assisting this excellent charity by sponsoring me in this great cycle race.
