We support families of tiny & sick newborns to help them during a difficult time

Story

I am doing a cycle 'Land of the Kings' which is a cycle challenge of 350km over 5 days in Rajasthan for from the tourist trail. You may think I am just doing this for fun, but along with the saddle sore and sightseeing I am hoping to raise £3,000 for charity.

My friend Ricky died suddenly in September 2015 leaving his lovely 14 week old daughter Eva. Eva was born with CHARGE syndrome and spent the first 6 weeks of her life in intensive care at Whittington Hospital.

There is a charlty that works in the hospital called Whittington Babies. It was established by a group of parents whose babies had spent time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The aim of the charity is to support the families and babies who spend their time there. In the 6 weeks that Rick, Rachel and Eva spent there the charity volunteers provided them with fantastic support at a very difficult time.

Rick said that one day he would raise money for the charity that had done so much for his family. Unfortunately, he never got to raise the money so I would like to do this cycle challenge and raise the money for him in his memory.

Anything you can give would be great.

Thanks, Chris
