Story

I started running back in 2013. It wasn't much fun at first, but I had just signed up for a marathon. After the sudden loss of Arabella - our incredible friend, cousin, daughter, niece, granddaughter - at just 16, we had to do something. CRY was there to help us deal with the unthinkable. Every year they're there for thousands of others trying to cope with the same.

CRY fund and lead research into the causes of sudden cardiac death. They provide screening for young people and campaign for greater awareness of the risks of sudden death. Perhaps most importantly, CRY offer support to people who have lost a loved one and those young people diagnosed with life-threatening cardiac conditions.

So four years on, we're still on the fundraising trail. By donating to CRY you will help save young lives from potentially fatal cardiac conditions.

Thanks for your support!
