I'm raising money for SNAP - Special Needs And Parents, a small charity based in Brentwood who have been brilliant to me, my wife Ann and our beautiful daughter Sophie ever since Sophie was diagnosed with a Chromosome deletion eight years ago. They have helped us so much throughout the years with further diagnoses of Autism and ADHD and Global Developmental Delays and are still helping us now as we look to move Sophie to a severe special needs school to ensure her needs are met.

I haven't been riding my bike too much the last few years but have decided to get back on the saddle to raise money for such a great charity.  I'm finding riding a harder now after having Covid last November which is going to make riding 100 miles that little bit tougher, but I'll get there for Sophie and SNAP!!
