I will be running the Southampton Common 10K Charity Run on the 1st of Decemeber in memory of Ciaran who tragically took his own life on 6th May 2019.

Ciaran was a selfless man who went through his life helping others. He was chivalrous and a true gentleman. He was an amazing Father to our Son Oscar who he adored more than anything in the world. Ciaran was a loving Son, Brother and friend, who touched the hearts of everyone he met. He was a lovely young man and we thank him for sharing his life with us.

Andover Mind is a local charity for people who experience, or are affected by, mental health distress. We provide a range of services designed to enable people to achieve their individual potential and to participate in society. We also engage with the local community to promote mental well-being and to challenge stigma and discrimination.
