I am running the 1/2 Marathon on Sunday 8th March in Cambridge.

We are hoping to raise money for a local Autism Charity - Autism Anglia. As you may know we received a diagnosis of ASD for Miles this year, We are working through how best to aid and support his needs and the charities that work in this area are invaluable post diagnosis when you feel very confused.

This is the longest I have run and whilst looking forward to it, i am feeling anxious at the challenge. Christian and I will be climbing Mont Blanc later this year so this is a goo start to raising our fitness levels to enable us to hit 4800 metres on foot.
