Although I only trained with Abi at Chi Wai Kung Fu for a few weeks and saw her for about 2 years training with my children, she had a way of lighting up a room with her smile.  She was committed, fun, happy, brave, gentle, supportive and so much more.

Meeting and knowing Abi even for just this short time has changed my life and how I see things.  To say thank you to Abi and her incredibly brave and loving family, I have challenged myself to walk/jog/run 100 miles in March (about 3.3 miles every day) to raise money for the Wallace and Gromit Appeal.
