Support After Rape and Sexual Violence Leeds (SARSVL) is an accredited Rape Crisis Centre, providing free, independent and confidential specialist support services to women and girls in Leeds whose lives have been affected by sexual violence and abuse of any kind, at any time. They have a helpline and offer advocacy and counselling services.

They are a feminist organisation that work with all women and girls from the age of 16 and are trans inclusive.

I have never run this far before so I'm kinda terrified. But this really is a good cause and I'm actually enjoying the physical challenge after a year that's been mentally full on. If you can spare any money at all, I'd be very grateful.
