Yes, you are reading this correctly - I am running the Reading Half Marathon 2010 in aid of 2 charities.  Great Ormond Street Children's Charity and Build Africa (please see other page http://www.justgiving.com/CliffExellBA for Build Africa donations)

I am now running the half marathon in approx 2 hours along with my training buddies Phil Clark & John Smith (yes they do sound a bit like criminals-but I promise you they are not!) and really looking forward to the real thing on Sunday!  Will give it everything possible to improve the time without killing myself!
