Two years ago I couldn't run 13mtrs and I never dreamed that 2 years on I would be running a 13.2mile  course. Running has helped me cope with my  own mental health, I have learned to off load my problems this way, as I got fitter and could run further I set myself new challenges and decided to channel this into helping others, therefore I have decided to help The Bridge for Heroes, the charity offers ex -service personnel, who may be suffering real hardship or have significant mental health issues, some of whom see no way out of the dark place they find themselves in. The service provided by the charity throws light where there is darkness and in many cases provides the first tentative steps  on the road to recovery and integration back into the community, hopefully any monies donated will help this worth while cause, so please help me to help others, i know its been a hard year but please dig deep.
