SToRMS: Implementing Strategies To Reduce Male Suicide.

Story

On the 2nd of December I'll be running the Reggae Half Marathon in Negril, Jamaica in memory of my friend Dan McAllister. My aim is to raise as much money as I can for the charity STORMS, which was set up by his family in 2015.

STORMS is a charity which aims to promote mental well-being from an early age, challenge gender stereotypes, facilitate open discussions about suicide and highlight the relationships between alcohol and mental well-being.

"In 2016, 5,668 suicides were recorded in Great Britain. Of these 75% were Male"

This statistic is far too high and I wanted to do something to support the incredible work the charity does to help reduce this figure.

Any donations would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Cole
