I'm giving up booze for the whole of January.

I'm a parent to two kids with Autism so it's going to be tricky as wine o clock can't come quick enough on most days.

I want to do it to feel better and hopefully notice some health benefits to begin the New Year with a fresh start.

I'm also doing it to raise money for Special Stars Foundation. We really need extra funding at the moment to help fund setting up and running our new premises. We will hold Makaton, PECS and First Aid courses for Parent Carers, a therapy room for OTs and Physiotherapists etc, offer counselling, advice, meetings and a computer and printer for use by our families and much more! I will keep you all updated with my progress!
