Many friends already know, tragically our daughter (Connie Mae) passed away from SIDS in February this year.

Rebecca House have been an amazing support to Zach and I. The Youth team are just fantastic.

We'd really like to give something back, so my pregnancy exercise class friends and I are doing the UV Hospice Midnight walk on 24th September in memory of Connie Mae and to raise money for RH and their Youth Service.

We would appreciate every penny to help bereaved siblings, and parents in the future. Thanks to you all in advance xx
