Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to give myself a kick up the backside by getting this charity weight loss up and running. having it up publicly will serve as a mental target that I can focus on and stick to. 

To some people this amount might not seem much of a challenge but losing this amount of weight will put me at my lowest since 2007 and will set me on my way to achieving one of many targets that I have for the coming months. I personally know that it is going to be very hard but I am determined to see it through.

I am also doing this with a Torn shoulder rotator cuff which has left me with very little movement in my left arm to add to the difficulty :-)

I have Chosen to do this challenge with "Team Evie" as I wanted to donate to charities that help children fighting illness in my area. I am father to the love of my life Max and to think of him coming down with any sort of life threatening illness would be hard to handle. So if I can help any family going through a traumatic time then it will be all worth it. I was told about this charity by my friend Emma Glendinning who works on the childrens intensive care ward in Newcastle.

Team Evie provide different pieces of equipment and specialist toys to many different childrens wards across the North-East which helps families by giving them home comforts to make the stay at hospital easier.

I will be updating the page weekly with stats and pictures of my progress starting with the weigh in on Wednesday the 4th of January 2017 and I hope that everyone visiting this page can donate any amount that could potentially help an ill child in our area.

Please help me get this Target on £600 smashed ASAP.
