As some of you already know, Serena and I will be joining forces to run a marathon....between us.

On Sunday 25th September we'll donning our best running shoes and taking part in the Run to the Beat half marathon in aid of the MS Society - a great cause which is very close to both of us.

We'd really appreciate any support you could give, whether it's a few pennies or cheering us on at the sidelines (pom poms optional.)
