You may ask why are you doing this?

Well i have a story to tell which is one that brought me to this time in my life today. One that come from a life of suffering with bad depression to a point of attempted suicide to recovery and setting up my own business. All will be told shortly in a seperate vlog..

Raising awareness of mental health particualrly depression and suicide in men, is just a little bit of what i personally want to show support too. 

Never be afraid to talk to anybody. Hafal offers so much support to many people in desprate need of help. Please join both myself and Stuart my head brewer as we conqor these mammoth challenges together.

For the record, i hate running! I have never sky dived either. These challenges are set so high that our aim is to show you that big challenges can be over come mentally and physically.
