So, some of you may know during lock-down I not only grew my hair, but I also took up a spot of running, which I have really enjoyed. The opportunity came along for me to put my lock-down training to the test and take part in this year’s London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 1st August in aid of Heartbeat

With the awful scenes that rolled out during The Euros Denmark match against Finland, with Christian Eriksen suffering a cardiac arrest I felt it very fitting I ran for a charity that not only supports people with heart related illnesses, but also provides defibrillators and community training on how to use them.
