The 3 Amigos (Conor, Craig and Kurt) like a challenge. From the 50km Trek through the Trossachs, Tough Mudder and now the 3 Peaks Challenge we like to test ourselves whilst raising some money for charity. The hope is to complete the 3 peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell, Snowdon) within 24hrs (ish) providing our bodies hold up over the 22nd/23rd June 2018.

Medics against Violence is a small Scottish charity trying to do amazing things. We aim to tackle violence in Scotland in all its forms because we've all seen far too much of it. We work closely with the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit and other amazing partners because the one thing we are sure of it that we will only achieve good outcomes if we work together. We run MAV Schools, an education programme for young people, Ask Support Care, a domestic abuse training initiative and we help to run Navigator a hospital based support programme.
