So yet again i am dusting off the bike to support Children who are less fortunate than others. These children have lost a love one at war and need a little pick me up. 

I will be attempting yet again to cycle 50k around London (without very little training) for this great charity. I did this 2 years ago and it was hard then. since then I have added a few more lbs to my waist so I'm going to have to dig deep to get the job done!
