It has been my goal to compete in an Ironman triathlon for a
couple of years and I thought I would raise money for a truly great cause at
the same time.
Meet my Mum, Beth(pictured) She is 2 1/2 years in remission having had chemo therapy for Chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Remission DOES NOT MEAN CURE.
I am taking part in Ironman UK next month and want to raise as much money as possible to support CLLSA in their research for effective treatment and a cure.
Please support in any way that you can! I 🧡 my mum, now also known as Granny Beth!
A few years ago, my Mum was diagnosed with CLL (Chronic
Lymphocytic Lukemia). CLL is a type of blood cancer in which the bone marrow
makes too many lymphocytes (a type of white blood cells).
Please consider donating to this truly great cause
My Mum is my inspiration!
