Welcome to our Just Giving Page.

We are a group of Vodafone employees working in the UK Business Intelligence Team and the Group Data and Analytics Team who are looking forward to taking part in a Wellbeing Challenge.  After spending quality time at home in the last few months, we are determined to keep getting out to enjoy our local open spaces, enjoy the autumn colours and keep fit at the same time.

We have committed to walk, run or swim a minimum 100 miles each in 7 weeks starting on Monday 21^st September and finishing on Friday 6^th November.

Our day jobs are all about using data to support business decision making so we will be tracking our progress using Strava and demonstrating the capability of our reporting tools to display the results in a visual way.  We also expect to generate some friendly competition among the teams when we see who completes their challenge in the shortest possible time!

We are delighted that our Vodafone colleagues in Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal and South Africa are also going to join our challenge and will set up their own fundraising platforms to collect donations for their chosen charities.

We are raising money for Unseen, the charity that works to support victims of Modern Slavery in the UK.  The charity runs emergency safehouses and provides a confidential helpline service in order for victims to escape their current situation and build a new life.

Everyone taking part in the Wellbeing Challenge will be donating at least £10 to the charity and we would like to invite you to support us as well.
