Darren and Gayna have entered the Birmingham Half Marathon and are now in training fpr the 13.1 mile race through the streets of Birmingham.

The furthest Gayna  have run is 8.5 miles so the extra five is going to hurt. 

Darren has not completed a half marathon for over 10 years and it is going to hurt.
