In just 2 weeks I will be joining several other ankle booted trekkers as we ascend 3 mountains in 3 countries in 3 days raising money for Restart, the charity I helped to set up in 2001 to support rugby players who have suffered serious mental and physical injury and illness.

This is my final act after a 24 year career as founder and CEO of the Rugby Players Association so any support you can give this fantastic cause would be hugely appreciated to ensure I can go out on a high.
