Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Liverpool rock and roll marathon and  Kim my partner and mother to Daisy our little baby girl is running the half marathon. 

We won't guarantee good times but we can guarantee we will finish them. 

Not many people know but our baby girl was born 8 weeks ago with a condition called Mictotia. Basically Microtia means small, underdeveloped or missing ears. The condition results in hearing loss. Daisy has an undeveloped left ear but luckily her right ear seems to be ok. 

As new parents this has been hard to take in and get used to but we are getting there and will be raising Daisy to be strong and fully capable of doing absolutely anything she chooses to. 

We are running for Microtia UK to try and raise funds for the charity. We have found support and help from them very useful and they have helped us understand the condition. 

We have set this page up now in the hope of raising as much as we can. We have put to raise £500 but if we get £10 we will be very happy and greatful. 

 From now until next May we will be taking part in several events, Kim is already taking on her 1st challenge by doing Scarborough 10k in 2 weeks which will be 11 weeks since giving birth to Daisy.

We will be updating as we go before the big race next year with photos, blogs and sweaty socks.
