We have now completed our 500 miles on exercise bikes from Conakry (Guinea) via Freetown (Sierra Leone) to Monrovia (Liberia) in support of Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF) in their work fighting the ebola virus.

These are among the poorest of countries. The incredibly brave doctors & nurses at MSF face a daily battle against heat, humidity, and catching an infection that could take their lives. They will be there long after ebola has gone, helping those in greatest need & they need our help. Thank you for giving so generously to help our Virtual Cycle Tour make a real difference!
