I will be taking part in this years Chanel Swim Challenge! I will be swimming the length of the English Chanel (22miles)  in under 12 weeks! 

This might not seem like a lot, but considering I resemble a hippo and get out of breath doing a flight of stairs- this is going to be a BIG challenge!

Mental health is a massive part of our society- despite the stigma still attached to it! It affects new parents, elderly, children- EVERYONE!
