My wife, Ilana, has convinced me to take part in the Aims2Cure "54 Mile London to Brighton Indoor Cycle" on 12th May.

This cycle will be quite a challenge considering I haven't ridden a bike since I was 12 years old.  However, I have bought some padded shorts and plenty of anti-chafing cream in order to get me through the ordeal.

Aims2Cure is a wonderful charity that raises money to help fund research into finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.  For further information please visit www.aims2cure.org.uk.
