I'm doing the Brighton Marathon. I've never done a marathon before. I'm also doing no running training before the big event. That's because I'll be on a bike.

I'm raising money for the Sussex Heart Charity, tremendous people who support NHS cardiology units in the county. And in particular, it'd be great if they can help the Royal Sussex achieve its aim of getting an ECMO machine for the Royal Sussex in Brighton. It's the kind of machine that saved a workmate's life last year and there are only four in the country. There should be more.
