Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Kaine and I will be participating in this trek to raise money for Children's Hospice South West at Charlton Farm. This holds particular significance to Kaine and his younger brother Curtis who has recently spent some time at the hospice. The following are his words...
"My eyes were opened at the beginning of this year when I spent the night with my little brother at the children’s hospice that he attends. This place, Charlton Farm, is incredible. It is such a nice place in the perfect setting, albeit the true reason behind it contains a world of emotion. Just being there made me realise how lucky most of us are and how important this place and this charity is (Children’s Hospice South West).
I was so inspired that I immediately started looking for ideas to help out this great place that my little brother, Curtis, attends. Curtis is just 14 years old and he has cerebral palsy, he is blind and he is severely epileptic. Charlton Farm is so important, not just to Curtis but to so many other children and families that Charlton Farm provides care for.
I have so many ideas, tasks and challenges in the pipeline, but here is my first of many; a jungle trek to Angkor Wat, Cambodia".
