On the 8th April I'm running the Sheffield Half Marathon to raise money for the Shaw Mind Foundation. 

The Shaw Mind Foundation exists to reduce suicide across the world by supporting businesses to shape positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, and by developing innovative ways to support children. This is my second half marathon and I'm hoping to beat my time last year of 2:24:55.
