Just under 10 years ago my father (Big Del) was diagnosed with a rare lifelong auto-immune condition, renal vasculitis. At the time, the renal ward at St Helier did a great job not only saving his life, but preventing the need for lifelong dialysis and has continued to look after him ever since. This is an example of the excellent care they provide for thousands of patients across Surrey, supported by the good work of the St Helier and Surrey Kidney Patient Association. Through donations, they are able to purchase medical and non-medical equipment for the renal unit to assist with patient care. Thanks so much for the donations!!!!!
