Story

I will be pushing my body beyond the limit this summer in the name of charity taking part in 6 events. I will be cycling, running, swimming and perhaps crawling to raise as much money as possible for CALM.
My events
1. King of the Downs Sportive 27th May
I will be cycling 56 miles along the North Downs, the Surrey Hills, Ashdown Forest and the lumps and bumps scattered through East Surrey & Kent.
2. Tottenham to Hawhich Essex by bike 2nd June
We will be cycling 70 miles from Tottenham to Harwich in memory of Lanfranco the Baron .
3. The Royal Windsor River Swim 10th June
I will be swimming 1.9 ilometres in the River Thames
4. Toshiba Windsor Triathalon 17th June
I will be swimming 1 mile in the River Thames then cycling 25 Miles around the historic town of Windsor followed by a 6 mile run to the finish line.
5. The British 10k 8th July
This event takes place in Westminster passing iconic sites such as Big Ben the London Eye amongst others.
6. Virgin London Triathalon 23rd September
Last but no least the London Triathlon which is the largest event of the year and I will be competing in the Olympic distance for the second year running.

About the charity

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and showing life is always worth living.125 lives are lost every week to suicide. 75% of all UK suicides are male. We exist to change this.
