I believe we should always push ourselves as much as possible to help others that are less able or fortunate.  Abseiling down a 500 feet tower is doing exactly that for me as I unfortunately hate heights... step ladders are usually my maximum!  Please generously support this initiative from the comfort of your office and computer whilst I am dangling 500 feet by only a rope!

The funds raised will continue to help the Knights Foundation provide support to disabled, deprived and seriously ill children and their families.
