Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  We are running the Great North Run 2017 for this great charity that helps Children with Special needs along with many other great things.

This will be the third time for Karen who is aiming to beat her previous times, and there is no doubt she will leave me way behind.

For me : In January 2016 I was 20 stone, it has took me 18 months to get to 19 stone.  In June 2017 I cannot run more than 2 KM and for some reason I have set myself the mad challenge of the GNR2017 - yes a half marathon that those who know me will not be easy for me.

This will certainly be a one off - and again those that know me will be chuckling at this I am sure - but I will do it so please encourage me by making a donation no matter how small.  It will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you !
