We knew nothing of this condition until our dad was diagnosed earlier this year march 2014. Pulmonary fibrosis currently kills 5,000 people in the uk each year. There are around 15,000 patients. There is currently no effective treatment or cure . But the next decade promises great change and progress in the treatment of the disease. We want to do every thing we can to help those who are currently living with the disease to help them live the best life they can and raise awareness and funds to improve future awareness .
